RULES OF REGISTRATION
All athletes of the highest competitive category of a WDSF National Member Body are eligible to participate. There’s no limit to the number of competitors.

Registration:
Last day for registration is 19.10.2026!
For World Championship registartion must be made by NMB through WDSF CRS system
For Open WDSF competitions and other competitions on-line registration on the website: https://mistrzostwa.swiatowid.elblag.pl/ is available for this competition.

Starting Fee:
Please check the starting fee information for each competition.
The starting fee must be paid by bank transfer to the designated bank account. 
NOTICE! All bank charges and transfer fees must be covered by the payer, so that the full amount of the entry fee is credited to the Organiser’s account

Please note that invoices cannot be issued after payment has been made.

MUSIC FILES
All music must be uploaded to the site during the registration by 19.10.2026 at the latest!
- Music files must be in mp3, mp4 audio or flac format, 10MB max.
- Music files must be in good quality and correct length
- All team captains must have a backup of all music on USB,a safety if needed.

Dancers E-card:
All dancers need an E-card (license) valid for 2026

COMPETITION RULES
According to WDSF rules.

The dance floor will be a high-quality ballet floor.
DIMENSION OF DANCE FLOOR: 12meters x 18meters

PHOTO & VIDEO & LIVESTREAMING
The competitions will be documented by accredited photographers.
Polish DanceSport Federation (PZST) owns the right to all photos and videos from the competition.

LIVESTREAMING: livestreaming from competition will be available. We will publish the link for the live stream on social networks.

2. Transport from Gdansk Airport to Elbląg - we would like to inform you that the Organizer helps to organize transport ONLY from Gdansk Airport (please consider it booking your flight).

Travelling by train will change in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz. First, you should take SKM (Fast City Train) and then train directly to Elbląg.
